Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders over £50 include free shipping to the UK.

You will receive a confirmation email and invoice when you place an order with us at West Wales Car Seat Specialist. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable fees. If your order experiences a significant delay or is lost in transit, please contact our team. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. For online purchases, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving your item provided these items are in perfect condition with their original packaging, labels attached and include all original documents. We will arrange the return on your behalf - the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund at a fee of £25.00. Any missed collections for returns will incur an additional cost of £25.00.

Car seats purchased and installed face to face are not eligible for returns, unless they develop a manufacturing fault.

We will not accept returns outside of the above criteria.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which can take up to 10 days for some payment methods.
