Appointments and Fitting
Customers can book in-person consultations, fit checks, and demonstrations for a chargeable fee. We aim to provide accurate advice based on the information you provide. However, ultimate responsibility for product suitability and use remains with the parent or carer.
Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed online, in person, or via invoice. Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched. We accept card payments, BACS, and secure online checkout.Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. In the event of pricing errors or system faults, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order with notice to the customer.
Pricing and Promotions
Prices listed include VAT where applicable. Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If an incorrect price is displayed due to system error and a customer purchases at this price, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in accordance with UK consumer law.
Delivery

Returns and Refunds
